PORANOL gives better charging density, which consequently gives better fragmentation and thus eliminates secondary blasting and boulder breaking. 

It is light but rugged in construction to withstand the abuse expected under rough conditions. It avoids spillage of material and drastically reduces charging time. 

OPERATION :- PORANOL is operated by one man. It consists of an ejector assembly container, charging hose and special frame for carrying charger on back. ANFO is filled in HDPE Container. The lid of the container is removed and replaced by the ejector assembly, which is fastened on to the two handle of the container.

The ejector is connected to the compressed air hose (used for Jack hammer) by means of claw coupling The charging hose of desired dimension and length is connected to the discharge jet.

The whole assembly is strapped on the back by the loader and taken to the borehole. The loading hose inserted in the hole and foot / hand valve operated for charging.

As standard PORANOL is designed to be mounted on to a ANFOMIX (hand operated Mixer manufactured by us container so that it can be safely and conveniently used in conjunction with ANFOMIX for mixing and charging of ANFO. This combination is most economical, effective and safe as mixing and charging can be done simultaneously and ANFO is not exposed to atmosphere whereby no water or debris can enter.

It is a pneumatic ANFO charger suitable for medium scale blasting operation. It goes well with Mixonol. It consists of a stainless steel conical pressure vessel with self-locking lid. The vessel is pressurized to release ANFO in boreholes through a hose. It has a foot valve for remote control operation
